Smaller Main Contractors – Repeat business is generated from commercial interiors companies and shop fitters who sub contract to us to complete their “turnkey package”. We have completed refurbishment roll outs for the likes of Subway, Contessa, Ryemans, Millets, Blacks and Oddbins on behalf of such companies. Typical value £5-50K. Larger Main Contractors – Larger projects which exist typically within the construction trade. Work can be direct to development companies or subcontracted through the likes of M&E contractors. Often the systems consist of a combination of VRV and HRV (air con and ventilation) products to multiple office space within a singular building or across a site of business units. Typical value £50-250K Design and Build – Everything is kept in house from the moment an enquiry comes in. We will carry out a site survey, design a system to suit the client’s criteria and then supply and install the system using our own engineers. Warranties are then undertaken within our own maintenance dept. Manufacturers – Mitsubishi, Daikin, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Sanyo.
